What comes with a piece
Each listing states what accompanies it. Where a piece includes its original box, dust bag and authenticity card, the listing says so and those items ship with it.
Condition
Condition is described in the listing text and shown in the photographs, which are of the actual item — never a stock image or a rendering. If a mark, a crease or a wear point matters to you, ask before you order and we'll photograph it again up close.
If something isn't right
If a piece arrives and you believe it does not match its description, contact us immediately and we will make it right. We would rather lose a sale than argue about one.
